Homebrew r button unresponsive after cfw?

just a quick question, can cfw by any chance cause the right shoulder button to become unresponsive? Because this happened to me

Are you using any button changing applications on your 3ds? If not then its a physical problem rather then a problem with the 3ds's software.

Not software related. Likely a worn down cable or loose connection. Open up the 3ds and try reseating it. Use a teardown guide, easily found by googling.
