It's just a portal page to the quiz that is dynamically updated. You weren't supposed to see that.

well yeah he was supposed to see that, I mean we didn't hide it at all.
It can be accessed on the quiz page by clicking the "GBAtemp Quiz Center" link.
We will be having more quiz's in the future since I wrote a complete/complex quiz script.
