Hacking Quick Wood R4 question

I installed Wood onto my R4 card, and now saves from games that I had before putting Wood on are "gone". The .sav files are still on the micro SD card, and I can pull them on and off the SD card. But they are gone from the actual games.

Is there a way to restore them into the games?
