Hacking Quick question

Is there another program that i acn use to update my usrcheat.dat file as the cheat code editor to me is very basic. i want to be able to move game names around and just to be able to move things to my liking generally. i doubt there is such a program but it was worth asking.

i meant to move the names that appear because everytime you add a new game in goes to the bottom. it would just make it easier for me.

i've tried but it seems the cheat code editor that comes with the r4 is the only one compatible. thanks for your help anyways
