Hacking Quick question about preloader.

I'm on 4.0 now but I uninstalled preloader when I was on 3.2. I have also installed cios60.wad that contains the trucha bug and allows me to freely move pirated vc/wiiware games to sd and back to the wii. My question is, if I install preloader, will it overwrite the cios60 and it's features? Thanks.
