Hacking Quick Question about 4.0 Downgrade

I have a 4.0 Version on my wii and no Homebrew channel, but i do have a WiiKey Modchip.
I am really attracted to wii homebrew functions and also towards USBLoader since my drive is starting to fail sometimes.
Is there some way i can downgrade with this configuration or do I have to wait until Bannerbomb is released?
