Not sure if there would be any reason to this cause I have latest emunand version but I'm pretty sure I've been hearing something about being able to update to 10.7 sysnand if you have it (I do) would there be any gain or any reason to this or is it even possible?

You can with A9LH, yes. So long as the FIRM partitions aren't updated, you will always be able to use the latest firmware.
Regularly through sys settings right? And will I lose anything like aureinand

For A9LH, you have two possible setup:
1. Running a fully updated sysNAND (10.7) with CFW
2. Using the A9LH to load emuNAND at 100% chance

There are pros and cons for both of them, so you should research and decide for yourself which one suits you better.
Here's my take: updated sysNAND is basically as fast as running off the sysNAND, so you'll have the fastest boot speed in most cases, and you can run TWL and AGB quite seamlessly.

emuNAND is overall 'safer' and you can mess around with it with less repercussion. You can do things like region-change too. Also, with a fast mSD, you can get pretty decent load speeds.
I use emuNAND since I don't really turn off my console anyway.

My bad but what are twl and agb and if I stick with emunand could I still use them?

TWL lets you use older DS flashcarts and I think DSi homebrew (and DSi games? Not sure, I don't have any), AGB lets you play GBA cias. If you use emuNAND instead of updated sysNAND you have to install the GBA games on both NANDs whereas updated sysNAND you only have to install them once.

TWL is DSi firmware, AGB is GBA firmware... That only matters when you are using installed version (virtual console). I'm using a DS flashcart, so emuNAND is fine with me as well...

EDIT: sniped

If anything, some of his songs were so controversial that he got troubles with the law regarding "blasphemy laws" in Greece.
