For A9LH, you have two possible setup:
1. Running a fully updated sysNAND (10.7) with CFW
2. Using the A9LH to load emuNAND at 100% chance
There are pros and cons for both of them, so you should research and decide for yourself which one suits you better.
Here's my take: updated sysNAND is basically as fast as running off the sysNAND, so you'll have the fastest boot speed in most cases, and you can run TWL and AGB quite seamlessly.
emuNAND is overall 'safer' and you can mess around with it with less repercussion. You can do things like region-change too. Also, with a fast mSD, you can get pretty decent load speeds.
I use emuNAND since I don't really turn off my console anyway.
