Can the Opera rom work on the R4 DS?

Could you plz post a link to a guide or a FAQ to Moonshell, because Im gonna need this to play music on my R4 DS. You will sure know where to find this, and I dont....

What is the best NES emulator for the DS, or should I take another emulator (SNES, Atari,...)?

So you need a Slot 2 Device to run the Opera browser?
