Hacking [Questions please reply] About RxTools.

As some people who helped me out in another thread (click here), I have decided to switch over to RxTools but I will still have my GW but I have a couple of questions and I know I can look this up but I just want a straight answer instead of finding my answer so here are my questions:

1. Can I install dlc for games from BigBlueMenu into RxTools emuNAND?
2. Am I able to install a .cia game that was converted from .3ds/.3dz to .cia if that game is only available on retail?
3. I am trying to transfer over my .3ds saves with SaveDataFiler but it displays me CTR-Broken and I am trying to convert for my .cia files; what can I do to fix this?

I appreciate it for people to reply to my questions and not think it's another idiot who can just look it up online. I am new to CFW as compared to GW.

Just look up themehax and then crt boot manager. Should be in the guide section
