so, i am screwed up, yes, and before i buy a Sky3DS, i would like to make sure of some stuff first, like anybody would.

  1. i heard that Sky3DS works on every 3DS, even on the updated one, True?
  2. they say that Sky3DS mimics the game code to bypass to checksum, how that work?
  3. some folk said to me that Sky3DS is piracy, but Gateway3DS is not, How's that?
  4. right to the point: can Sky3DS play online without being detected by Nintendo?
  5. can i still use NNID and eShop without being detected?
  6. is it region free?
  7. works the same way for all clone?
  8. can the clones brick?
thanks in advance.

  1. Yes
  2. Um..you need to know that why?
  3. Retards
  4. So far its been working
  5. At your own risk
  6. Originally no, with additional hax like regionthree it can be
  7. dont understand the question
  8. anything can brick, but the chance is very low Id guess

Well...theres only one feature to it as far as I know. It plays games. :D
So others (QQ3ds) is pretty much the same card looking at the insides, so dunno what could be different.

  1. So far this is true.
  2. Wouldnt know.
  3. Contrary to popular belief theyre not "retards". GW can be used for both piracy or to legitimate backup your retail games so you dont have to carry all your games with you all the time. So can Sky via GWs CN entry point.
  4. Only if you use a private header.
  5. So far yes.
  6. Nope.
  7. Pretty much.
  8. As far as I know they cant and they shouldnt even have the ability to do so.

You could say its like a unique fingerprint that every retail games has. By using a private header (your own ripped one) Nintendo basically thinks youre playing a real game not a ROM which uses public headers which Nintendo can very easily identify and block.
