My friend and I wanna translate some Japanese Game into Chinese(LOL).We are tring to find a reliable systerm.We tried WIKI translation. Its cool but not good enough. For example, ppl can easily change a lot of things on it.Anyway,we found this website http://hloli.net/horo/ its a much better systerm but we cant figure out what the systerm is . DOES ANYONE KNOW?
