Alright, it's been a little while since I've done anything related to this. However, I have a question for anyone who's experienced in this currently. I have an old Gateway card and an o3DS XL. I want to downgrade it to 9.2, install Gateway 3DS EmuNand again. I am on Ver 11.10.0-43U (USA) and I want to know where I could get help? I've searched a lot and cant find a working tutorial because Nintendo has removed the necessary software to do this. I apologize if I broke a rule posting this.

Take a look at ctrpf for cheats. Its finally got cheat searching included into it. Which was at one point only something gateway had.
