ROM Hack Question... ^^;

I was wondering if there is some hacking tool (similar to pokesav to alter the game) for Yugioh 5DS world championship edition 2009?

Or does anyone have a hack where you are able to draw cards from your deck in the order that you want too? I've searched everywhere with no luck so i tought i'd ask here^^

I doubt there are any tools for it, those games are not as big as the Pokemon games.
