Why would you want menuhax over a9lh? Installing a9lh would be simpler and more stable.
To me it's better to have menuhax (less risk to brick by doing 2.1 on 2DS)

I had a 2ds a while ago, and if i still had it today i would be following https://3ds.guide/ right now to install a9lh. The guide has been tested and done hundreds of times, and the process has been perfected. Plus, on 2ds, there isnt even the sleep mode risk on 2.1! I would highly recommend OP sets up a9lh now while you still can, as it seems like it's an easy process even on 11.2.To me it's better to have menuhax (less risk to brick by doing 2.1 on 2DS)
I don't even want it for menuhax. It's just to downgrade my New 3DS, using my 2DS with EmuNAND.Why would you want menuhax over a9lh? Installing a9lh would be simpler and more stable.
After you install A9LH you can be on the latest system version and install an emuNAND. It's a matter of using EmuNAND9 as a Luma payload instead of launching the Homebrew Launcher.I don't even want it for menuhax. It's just to downgrade my New 3DS, using my 2DS with EmuNAND.
If you want to downgrade a n3ds on latest fw, you can use soundhax.I don't even want it for menuhax. It's just to downgrade my New 3DS, using my 2DS with EmuNAND.
I just want to do it without A9LH.After you install A9LH you can be on the latest system version and install an emuNAND. It's a matter of using EmuNAND9 as a Luma payload instead of launching the Homebrew Launcher.
Could i ask why not? If it's about bricking, if you follow the guide to the letter it's fine. Plus, A9LH is very worth it.I just want to do it without A9LH.

Alright, if you have any more questions just post them here and we'll help youNo, it isn't about bricking.
you always need to make backups, and you never have enough backups.

(Also, your question is uninteligible which is why i didn't answer that one)
its not simpler and only slightly more stable . . . but you missed the best(/only in my opinion) reason is that its more persistentWhy would you want menuhax over a9lh? Installing a9lh would be simpler and more stable.
Yas ! I succeeded to do a 11.2 Emunand CFW with 11.2 Sysnand (without downgrading) !
And using menuhax.
So i did a CFW without taking any risk !! (No downgrade, no AL9H)
. . . that makes little to no sense what is this magic cfw thats not a9lh and does not need 9.2Yas ! I succeeded to do a 11.2 Emunand CFW with 11.2 Sysnand (without downgrading) !

Yas and i just remove the "menuhax" from my previous message it doesn't want to get install XD So i need to run soundhax everytimeDo you basically run fasthax+safehax to launch CFW everytime?
Probably luma3ds.. . . that makes little to no sense what is this magic cfw thats not a9lh and does not need 9.2
Good job, but i still recommend you go the 2.1 > al9h route while you still can.Yas ! I succeeded to do a 11.2 Emunand CFW with 11.2 Sysnand (without downgrading) !
And no using AH9l

But well, i just use safehax+fasthax and it boot on luma
Being honest, with how well made the guide is right now there should be like virtually no brick risk. If you follow the guide word for word, it should be fine. Plus, you have a whole forum of people here to help you out!I think yes, i will remove the WiFi from the Sysnand so i will not doing an update by mistake
But for me that's a good thing, because even if everyone in this topic says that it was safe, i prefer doing nothing which can brick my 2DS
(Actually i did the ah9l for my n3ds but it was the otpless)
as far as usage its no different than the long forgotten act of booting gateway via cubic ninja . . . but as far as system updates (no a9lh no emunand) the op is still at riskFair enough, I wonder if running those all the time are truly safe? tho
