Hacking Question| Sky 3DS and eShop

I broke down and ordered a Sky3ds. Just a couple of questions, will DLC I downloaded from the e-shop work with Sky3DS? It imitates a legit cart so I'm guessing it will work but I still want to be sure.

Also, how hard is it to shop on the Japanese e-shop? I'm assuming I can't just use paypal can I?

Sky will see all DLC provided its of the same region. However the Sky will ONLY play games of the same region of the 3ds...can you read jap?

Yeah, I can. Otherwise I would have just waited. Still, I was sure that by this point it wouldn't matter since Gateway would support the N3DS but whatever. Thanks for the answer.

If you use eShop, then you have to update to 9.5 i believe. Just make sure you're ok with that choice.
