Hardware Question regarding new NNID

So I want to make a new account so the name coincides with my PS3 name.

But I'm just curious as to how that would affect my digital deluxe promotion. As I already use a Sign In ID on that with my old name (ShadowSoldier). If I bought stuff with my new account, that wouldn't be put towards my old DPP account would it? Now I'm hesitant to make a new account...

If an item was purchased with a different Nintendo Network Account, the Points will appear on that account. If multiple Nintendo Network Accounts are associated to your system, try signing in to the Deluxe Digital Promotion website with the other accounts, to see if the Points have been awarded to a different one.
