Hacking [Question] Possible to Dump Game Header without Gateway?

It may not be in the same place as it was in my tut, but it should be near the save we search for
On some instances I've seen it above, or several lines below
But it should be really close to the .bin

Alright, then about 00 14 88 since its really close to the FF FF FF lines, could I be looking at the wrong thing? I mean was it always 00 00 88 for you on different games? If it were the header I just have to use no ban no sky to change sky3ds template and then rewrite games to sd card right?

Look 16 bytes before the FF's then. Same thing as looking 16 bytes after 00 00 88

Yes, that's what I did. I just wanted to know if its suppose to always be 00 00 88? Since mines are a bit different like the 0D 00 88 and 00 14 88?
I don't actually know. It probably should be 00 00 00 88, but I could be wrong. I followed LameNobody 's tutorial, made a video about it, and it all worked out great. Ask him.

OK, but in any case that I would be taking the wrong hex code, that would mean I wouldn't be able to go online at all right? After adding it to the template. I mean if what I'm copying is not the header, then it won't work therefore I'll know if its a header or not right?

It might just ban you or something. Or not let you go online, like you said.

hey man, did you always got 00 00 00 88 before header? Cuz Im getting stuff like 48 0F 00 88 then 16 bytes followed by all the FF FF FF FF FF lines. Could those 16 bytes be my header? Kinda confused since mine shows 48 0F 00 88 and not 00 00 00 88. Other games show 01 0A 00 88 etc.
