Hardware [Question] Manually Updating the CIA files

What CIA file(s) can I update using NASA on my o3DS from 10.3-XX without losing the following:
Browser Hax (or is that dead since 10.4-XX?)
Menu Hax
Legit CIA Installs using NASA
Having nVer be update-able when Nintendo releases a new version.

Using nVer v496 doesn't appear to have any issues. But I don't know about the other CIA Files that Nintendo Updated/released.
