I want have a 3DS as originally was. I haven't NAND copy. How I could unistall B9S and have the 3DS with OFW?

I tried this guide:

0) Make sure you have a functional NAND backup before you start, in case anything goes wrong.
1) Download the .firm for your matching firmware+model on 3ds.guide's hardmod page: https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(hardmod)
**If you download and flash the wrong one, you will hardbrick.
2) Rename the .firm to firm0.bin and copy it to your SD card
3) Boot up GodMode9 and copy/paste the firm0.bin from your SD to the SysNand Virtual (S:/ ) drive. Heed all of the warnings.
**The system will warn you several times and also tell you that your super small ~300kbish file is nowhere near the entire 4mb you're replacing. This is fine: Do it anyway (as long as you're 100% sure it's the right file)
4) Reboot and perform a system update to clean your firm1.

But when I try the guide, in the step 3, GodMode9 say: "Failed copying path: firm0.firm (<A> to continue)".

I am using: New 3DS 11.4, Boot9Strap 1.2, GodMode9 1.2.1 and Luma3DS 8.1

SOLVED: The problem was that the name wasn't correct. The name was "firm0.firm" when is must be "firm0.bin".

Why do you want to uninstall B9S?
It's really not recommended unless you're sending it in for repair.
You'll lose out on all the nice features CFW offers. Even if you don't care about piracy, there's no reason to uninstall B9S.

The buyer that I want sell, say that the 3DS mustn't have CFW or not want it.

Whatever, I could uninstall succesfully Boot9Strap with that guide: my problem was that file was "firm0.firm" instead of "firm0.bin". I renamed the file to "firm0.bin" and now works! I haven't Boot9Strap.

That's a fair reason, I suppose. Although if you sold it as a hacked console you could get more money for it.
I was going to suggest using the script mentioned on this page: https://github.com/d0k3/GodMode9/issues/94
But it seems the link to the scripts is dead.
Anyway, good that you got it sorted out.

Plus crashes are mainly caused by homebrew, NOT most normal features like games. As long as you don't use homebrew, your 3DS is s̲̖̼͔̬͇̮̩̜̕͠t͈̳͚̜̲̤̩̕͢a̸̧͔̘̦͙͓̬͔b͈̙̣̻̫̥͕͕́ͅļ̛̼̹e̻͙͚̳̙ as usual.

I've heard Rosalina causes a lot of crashing in games as well. But for people having issues with that there's always the legacy build.

Not that it means anything, but I’ve played almost 80 hours on MHXX with English patch and never had a single crash on b9s (Luma 8.1 CFW)
