Gaming [Question] "decryption failed" "update seeddb.bin or nand" - what to do?

I'm attempting to decrypt Steamworld Dig 2. I've tried both decrypt9 and godmode9. I followed a tutorial to get my "seeddb.bin" file onto my SD card. I think my nand is up to date. I still can't decrypt my .cia file.

Any ideas?
