Hacking [Question] Can we manipulate .pup (updates)?

This time i want to know if it's actually posibly manipulate .pup (the updates files)and install in Ps Vita without any error.

i have tried this
(with a 3.60 update file incase it actually worked)
it did not work
we are able to use some tools to decrypt updatefiles but we cannot re encrypt them
if you open up a update file in vita shell the most you can change is the version and ELUA (cuz both are in plain text)
but if you change them it invalidates the file
they are signed with a unknown key so even changing 1 byte will cause it to be decrypted wrong
we dont know they keys they are signed with and currently the only way we could possibly get them would be if a sony employee leaked them
