Hacking Question about Yeahgeek shipping

So I ordered a Gateway on new years day, but it's been 16 days and I haven't received anything. According to other people, it usually arrives withing two weeks from them, so should I be worried and send an e-mail? I live in the UK and the tracking does not show any sign of it even entering the UK:
