ROM Hack [QUESTION] About what is considered Warez.

So, if I were to decrypt/extract the entire dt/ls files of smash 4 into a user usable GitHub, would it be taken down if I linked it? Technically, they cannot play the game straight from the data folder but I would like to know before I get something taken down. I would prefer a mod to answer this wuestion but if anyone else knows, I would be happy for the knowledge!

Not a good idea. Games and other items distributed for any sort of monetary gain intended, with copies being distributed in an illegitimate form (like ROM files) for free, compiled or not, would be considered piracy.
