Hacking Question about USB HD

Ok so here is the deal.

Last night my brother gave me a 20gig Zen Touch (MP3 Player / Portable Hard Drive). I was just wondering if I can use this to transfer apps and such to my Wii (As opposed to only having the 1gig of space on my SD card).

Also has anyone released a way to just put ISO files onto a SD / Hard Drive and be able to load them onto the Backup Loader 0.3 Beta, as opposed to having to burn the DVD's in order to play them?

One last thing, if any of this is possible, with the Zen Touch will I have to do anything to get it to register as a USB Hard Drive (This is a standered feature for the Zen Touch, but I was not sure if I would have to do anything special in order to get it to connect to the Nintendo Wii).

its pretty much a no go, unsure if you can get the wii mplayer etc to recognise it as a usb drive, could try though
