My question is, can you play music with moonshell why playing games on the r4? IF it is possible, can you please provide the instructions. Well thank you

You mean playing music WHILE playing a DS game? If so, then as far as I know, nope.

Not possible, sorry. The DS has no underlying operating system like the PSP does, so it's impossible to run two separate programs at once. You can have an mp3 player running, but once you boot a DS game the mp3 player gets cleared from memory entirely.

HEYYY Dan! Hahaha. I was searching on "homebrew ds wpa" in google. then I saw your name like yesterday. in dcemu.co.uk. lol well thanks.. Since I'm trying to look for WPA for ds. Thanks anyways

Haha I wish I could play music and game at the same time. But like, MP3 and DS separately are good already.

And plus, if it was possible, I think that the games would lag a lot. Not good.

Just blast the music from a player or computer and play your ds,problem solved

That's quite difficult to do on say, a bus? A subway?

I also was thinking about something that would allow you to play games and play music too. Doesn't that Genesis emulater have something like that because it doesn't have sound for the Genesis games?

The only Genesis emulator that has sound output at all is jEnesisDS, which outputs the Genesis sound and music. You might be thinking of SNEmulDS, which contains an "SPC Jukebox" feature for playing an SPC file from another game while playing your current one.

Streaming mp3 files from your card in the middle of a commercial DS game is highly unlikely. It takes the full power of the ARM7 (the less powerful processor) to decode low-bitrate mp3 files, and I imagine games expect that ARM7 to be entirely available for their use. Then there's the whole issue of how you're going to access the mp3 files in the first place. You'd have to patch the rom somehow, but I really don't know how it would work even if it was possible.
