Hacking Question about the injection problem

Why don't all games work? Does it have something to do with the host-wad or the rom, or has it got something to do with the wii itself(which I highly doubt)?
Is it even known what the problem is, and if yes, isn't there somebody in the wide (pirating??

)world who can get a fix for this, like the highly skilled Wananinko?

Each wad, I think, contains an emulator specifically geared to emulate that one specific game. So it may not work with others.

So if someone, and that someone would definitely NOT be me xD, could get the secret of that emulator, he could create an emulator that can run all injects?
