Hacking Question about r4/ds

I have a regular ds and I'm planning to get a 3ds xl, r4, and pokemon Y. Is it possible to get a r4, hack pokemon into a pokemon black2 rom and transfer it to a 3ds xl's pokemon y? Will nintendo's antihack system detect anything? the pokemons i plan to hack will be completely legit statwise. r4 will never touch 3ds, only ds. is this doable?
