Hacking Question about autoRCM on Atmosphere

So I just got Atmosphere and AutoRCM on my Switch. Just confused on some things:

1. After powering into Switch-Atmosphere, is it in RCM still?? I had my Switch in sleep mode last night (I just pressed the power button to turn the screen black) while charging. Then took it to work while in sleep mode. But after like 6 hours went to wake it up and it was dead.
2. Am I right that the only way to charge it while it’s off is to select Power Off from the hekate menu, and then plug it in? If I shut it off with hekate, it won’t turn on to RCM when I plug it into the wall or dock will it?

Once you are in CFW/OFW, you are not in RCM.
The only way to charge it fast is to charge it while in sleep mode.

1. The Switch is not in RCM once you boot into the Switch operating system/Atmosphere. However, it will boot into RCM if you don't shut it down properly.
2. No, it has to already be plugged in and charging before you shut it down. It's recommended that you keep the Switch in sleep mode at all times when you're not using it if you're going to have AutoRCM installed. If you turn on the Switch after powering it off (or plug it in after powering it off), it will boot straight to RCM.
