Is this software hardcoded on a non writable chip, or is it possible for Nintendo to update it later in a future software update? I plan on dumping every update Nintendo throws at us just in case a firmware exploit gets a public release later down the road. It would suck if we can't restore our nand with a hardmod because of an updated bootrom.
