is there a homebrew app where we can take a pic of qr code on the dsi?

short: NO

long: dsi camera isn't hacked yet.
Could it be possible for a DSi homebrew to scan the JPEG from the file system after the picture is taken (in other words, after the user exits the DSi photo app and runs the homebrew) ? I don't see why not. But . . .

I don't know what use there is for this since the 3ds qr codes are encrypted, though.

What is the point?
What's the point of having a QR Scanner app on a phone?

To answer the question, I don't think so, but I may be wrong. Too bad.
And what is a QR code scanner used for on a phone?
And what would it be used for on a DS/Lite?

The difference is that it actually is useful on a phone, while it would be useless on a DS/Lite.

Perhaps sudokuhax is good, but ievo isn't. DSi shutdown SD slot when it loads slot1.
