Hacking QR codes n3DS?

Trying to find the QR scanner for my n3ds 11.3 .. cant find it anywhere, was this feature removed?
pressing l and r just takes a photo

No, it's still there. Press L and R on the home menu, and it should appear.

If your talking about web links, as the above said press L & R on the home menu, there will be a button on the bottom screen. If your talking about CIA links, use fbi and use the "remote install" section or it's called something similar.

If you have a CFW, just update to 11.4, nothing bad will happen

well the problem is that Homebrew doesnt work on this 11.3 , mgba and prboom 3ds, chm2 all Freeze , while .Cias work .. now if i update to 11.4 , won't there more more problems with homebrew.. atm im living off .CIA's since those work haha

That must be a problem on your end, 11.3 shouldn't cause those problems

well you probs went from CFW 11.2 to 11.3 , I only added CFW when this was 11.3 and at the same time to my lil sisters 11.2

anyway to downgrade to 11.2 , then from 11.2see if homebrew works, then maybe go straight to 11.4 afterwards

also its not just me, tons of people on reddit are getting this problem, but since most went from CFW 11.2 to 11.3 its getting ignored.

1: that doesn't make any difference
2: no I installed CFW at 11.3

Was yours also 11.3.0-36E ? , maybe its only EUR version

None of that should make any difference, try starting a thread stating that homebrew won't work on your FW.

I did, no one had a anwser , they just said it worked for them .. and yes it works for mine too but only my sis's 11.2 , with this 11.3 mostly everything inside homebrew freezes
I've pretty much done everything to fix it like replace and check everything that the guide said to install, even the SD card, yet homebrew menu always works and the apps freeze

i made a thread for that.. no one knew how to do it unless you made a backup for your system on 11.2 .. I'm sure there has to be a way
