Hacking QCMA problem..

Edit : I got problem when using QCMA 3.12 to transfer game that i got on ps3 to vita. Its show error notice.. please give me advice to avoid that problem.. For you info, i'm using PS3 CFW. I already search at google, but not getting a solution for my problem. Sorry for my bad english..>.<
