Hello gba temp! I'm going to buy a new 3ds is it possible to install a cfw and if yes whats the best one?

It's possible only up to firmware 9.2

And there's several choices. Main ones are Reinand, rxTools (still in beta for N3DS) and CakesFW

The new ones? Most likely above 9.2.
But you might be lucky and find one with 9.2 or below. It's usually stores that don't really sell a lot and still have the first stocks.
