Homebrew putting inputs into the 3ds over wifi

so i have an idea of making a shiny hunting bot ive seen some on youtube but they are compcatited i was wondering if you could send inputs into the 3ds with home brew so make it auto soft reset and make the 3ds take an image of the encounter every time and upload it to the computer and if its not shiny it would reset

its an idea and i don't think ill be doing it it don't even though if it is possblie to put inputs via wifi if you can im just asking a question

someone's time would be better spent just using PKHex, tbh. That's not any more legit than just using pkhex.

its legit because its not being hacked and all it would do is put inputs in game and see if its shiny or not

Pkhex would bypass the checks on the GTS but im not sure that the pokemon would be legal (in terms of competitive play in tournaments) so with this homebrew it would enable a user to run the game and obtain a specific pokemon legally. In my opinion this would be an amazing app for any competitive pokemon player, if someone is able to make it

PKHex is perfectly capable of taking any pokemon and just making it legitimately shiny. That's the equivalent of this would be doing. It is also very easy to create full sets of legit competetive pokemon as well, and many have been distributed that way. It's simply knowing what isn't/is possible, and many people have already made presets you can download to easily import them into your game.

I did not know that, I thought that the legal checks in the pokemon world championships were different to the normal GTS checks?

Afaik, they are the same. After all, there can't be any stricter checks than the GTS ones, since it refuses a Pokemon that can't be obtained legally in the first place... Which means any Pokemon that passes the checks can be obtained legitimately

Pokehex can generate legit shines, you just have to edit everything right, like memories, met locations and game. You can check the legitimacy on Battle spot, bad hacked mons can't battle.

Well, I think many of you will not believe but I got a Shiny 6iv Adamant Marill on Y just breeding (no intent).
