If people don't email them and complain there's no reason for them to give us new firmware updates more than 5 times a year. Here's a letter I emailed them, along with their reply and my response to their reply. I suggest all of you EDGE/iEDGE owners do the same (but in your own words of course). Their email is email@example.com and I'm sure you all know that this isn't the first title we've had to wait for. Your paying customers deserve firmware updates more than 5 times a year, and I don't know why beta firmwares aren't released like the CycloDS has. If the support for my EDGE card continues to lack the necessary updates to keep up with current releases - I guess my next purchase surely won't be the iEDGE.
