Purchasing Guild Wars 2 CD Key Online

Has anyone tried using cjs-cdkeys? Are they reliable to buy from and if I buy a key from them will it work in Canada? It gives some info on the region but I just need some help understanding it.

Region information:

THIS IS THE FULL GAME key for Guild Wars 2. The key is sourced from the EU.

The key is region free, except for the USA or Canada.

NA and EU keys are separate. If you buy a EU cdkey, you play on EU servers...and being from Canada, expect latency issues.

if you try to join in a party with people from your region, and your key is EU and they have NA keys it will not work.

Saving about $12 likely isn't worth the issues. If you want to feel like you're getting a little more for that ~$12, you can pick up the digital deluxe edition for the same $60 as the normal digital edition off of the Guild Wars 2 website:
