Psychonauts won't let me copy the game save

i recently got a 1.2 xbox to softmod (as my 1.6 won't play some games like Panzer Dragoon Orta in 480p mode)

i'm about 1/3 - 1/2 of my way into a game of Psychonauts on the 1.6 and wanted to copy over the save to the 1.2 xbox but the for some reason i don't get the option to copy the save file to my memory card (where as i do for most of the other saves) - is there a work around such as FTP?

Save is either too big for memory card or protected. Can use xbox save manager to ftp in and pull the save that way. Then use it to stick the save on the other box. If the save is protected though, then it might not work, if it's simply too big for memory card, then it will work fine.

it's definately not a space issue (i checked to ensure i had enought blocks free) - thanks for the suggestion
