Hacking PSTV: Cannot move Vita shell from SD2vita to Internal

So I want to start dumping my game carts to my PSTV, but the problem is I cant seem to startup vitashell without my SD2vita card inside, so I cannot switch it to one of the game carts. I've read that you have to use application storage manager to move the vitashell to internal memory but when I tried to use that, I get an error message "Error: Couldnt copy files".

SO I'm not sure what to do here. can anyone help?

possibly because you used vita shell, right? to move itself.

Would using MolecularShell to move it work instead? or perhaps FTP to your Vita and move it from there?

no worries lol, you're usually the go-to for PS issues. I just was messing with my vita the other day and had this same thing happen so the fix was recent in my memory lol
