Hacking PSP Volume Help.

maybe a resister has blown that normally pulls back the volume on the motherboard so the volume is getting more power than it should

First. Bump.
Second, okay this is REALLY wierd. Just yesterday, I've got back control of the volume with the headphones in.....just like that. Like it never even happened. A couple of things I did the night before was access the "SenseMe" app and watched a movie.

HOWEVER, I do sometimes sleep with it in the same bed and sometimes it ends up kind of under me. I think the pressure from being smothered might have cause the problem. I slept with it the same way again and that morning, I put the headphones and the controls. Volumes normal now. Like it popped back into place.

Thanks for your help, but it looks like it fixed itself. (Note to self: stop sleeping with it on you.)
