I just tested Neutopia on my PSP and save states seem to be working fine. You might want to double check your rom too.

it wouldn't work with any roms maybe I need and updated emulator I don't know

but bright side I found and tested this emulator and it works better I like it more

CPS2PSP 2.3.1....WICKED!!!

I was disappointed when I found that MAME4ALL could not play the Dungeons & Dragons titles as well as Marvel vs. Capcom.

awsome I just tried this and its great
couldn't get street fighter alpha 1 to work the cache keeps compressing to a zip when I try to make it


now if only I could find a way to get the arcade games bucky o hare, spiderman arcade, capt america and the avengers, x men, simpsons arcade, and wild west cowboys of moo mesa to work on the psp with some kinda emulator)

I have downloaded torrents of premade neo geo psp. I have used youtube tutorial vids and they won't work
I'm using a phat psp and running 5.50 gen d-3

edit ok i got neo geo psp from the links on the front of this thread and it runs and reads shows the list of roms but while its booting the roms my psp just turns off
please help

fyi to all, NesterJ has been updated to v1.13beta2. i'll be keeping the 1.12 mod as the one included in the pack though. in the next few days i'll add the new release to the "requests" section of the first post (busy with work).

Your work is greatly appreciated. I could not find such a comprehensive and up to date list like this one anywhere else!

I recently got a psp for super cheap ($58!!) mainly for checking my email extremely easily at school, and I wondered where I could find some emulators for it while it is sitting in my pocket. Out of all the places I was looking for this kind of list in various psp-related websites, I find exactly what I'm looking for at gbatemp. Fantastic work.

It's been ages since I've gone here, great to see that this is still a fantastic community!

Well, it only took 3 weeks but I've finally added NesterJ v1.13 Beta 2 to the first post. Requests and Others / Untouched Eboots. Only major change is Half-Byte Loader support

Probably been asked already but here goes. I've just got myself a PSP Phat and thanks to some extremely helpful contributions from the boys here on the 'temp, it's now rockin' Prometheus. I want to play GBA games on it so I downloaded the emulator from the front page, even tracked down a file names GBA_Bios.bin or whatever it was you said I needed.

Now what the hell do I do with it?

Also, do the following emulators play the following games:

SNES

- Zombies Ate My Neighbours
- Starwing (I doubt it 'cause of the SuperFX chip)
- Super Metroid

GBA
- Final Fantasy 'Insert any number or subtitle here' but preferably 6
- Racing Gears
- Mario Kart
- Castlevania series
- Golden Sun
- You know what? Gimme a short lost of noteworthy games that DONT work, that'd be quicker.

Just bought a PSP-3000 and was tipped off a bit ago they're not cracked.

What's the current status on the PSP-3000? Classic game emus greatly interest me.

Question: I'm using the SNES emulator from the front page, and so far it seems pretty damn sweet. I do have one question though. I have Star Fox almost working. But the sound effects and music are ****ed up. I can switch them off, but is there any way to get them working? It's by no means a priority as I still have my beloved SNES with the original Star Fox cart, but having it in my pocket has been a dream of mine since I was about 5.

Mode 7 and SuperFX emulation are far from complete. Bestr to just turn off sound emulation and turn up the CPU clock for best framerate.

Cheers Jamstruth. Kinda figured the Super FX chip would cause problems. But Super Metroid and Zombies Ate My Neighbours seem to be working. As do the 40 odd GBA games I have on there

EDIT: How the hell do I get rid of the German subtitles in Super Metroid? They're annoying.

I have no idea, but i remember managing to turn them off somehow from the main menu.

The (JU) rom has options for either Japanese or English. If you're using the PAL rom, there should be something in the options when you first start the game.
