Gaming psp phat trouble updating new CFW

Ello.
SO I dusted off my psp Phat I have, and I wanted to update it.

I have it flashed with 5.50 GEN-B (Full)
and I have read that the newest one is 5.50 GEN-D (prometeus) something..

I have download 5.50 GEN-C from the guide on this GUIDE

and when I try to run it on my psp, I get a black screen :S
any clues?

Just flash 5.50 GEN-D3 with Hellcat's Recovery flasher, then update to 5.50 Prometheus.
