I didn't do anything. One friend of mine found it and brought it to me to see if I could fix it

I've already heard of that before. There was a bricker in some pirated PS Vita games and VPK files that actually made your console unrecoverable. They took advantage of the 'vshPowerRequestColdReboot' and 'vshIoMount' commands which gave full permissions to the NAND on your Vita.

It doesn't support the PSP Go or PSP Street (E1000) yet, but they're working on it.

This usually only happens when it's downgraded from 6.35 to 6.20.
