Hardware PSP 6.60 3004 - Error 80020148

First of all, It's not that I'm to console hacking, but this is the first time I hacked a PSP, so I really don't have much knowledge about it :/

Console: PSP 3004 Pink 6.60 Pro-C


A few months ago I installed ProCFW on my PSP, not permanently, because I didn't bother to downgrade.
Back then I would just start the "Fast Recovery" and I would be in CFW, but suddenly I always get that 80020148 Error and it tells me, it couldn't boot the game.

Most people said that recovery mode could fix it, but I can't access it - No perm CFW and I don't know if there is any other way of getting there with my PSP.

I haven't been able to figure this out for a few days now, so any help would be appreciated
