Yeah, is ridiculous how from the lastebin itself says:

"I cannot spoon feed you. If something isn't right you can try problem solving"

"I dont have any games that require 3.61, but this is what I expect to work"

The guy who wrote that pastebin was high on drugs or something, as if you could bypass encryption by simply telling your vita that the system version is higher lmao
