Apparently, don't have a short.

Model is: Edm-020

If i lift the coil that manage the 5v line, and put power bench with 5v, didn't have a short.

Edit:

Focusing in the damaged area, we have according to the image added:
With power bench 12v:
A: 0.35v
B: 0v
C: 0v
D: 0.35v

With power bench 5v line, isolating the 5v line from the coil:
A: 5v
B:1.98v
C:0v
D:5v

I must say that the integrated circuit with the letters A, B, C, had a short at its output. I checked the HDMI encoder, and it had a short at its pins (I soldered it incorrectly). I removed the short, but when checking the integrated circuit, it had low impedance at its output, so I replaced it, and it no longer had low impedance. But the low 5v problem

I'm a little confused, who generate 5v line?

This model have 2 synchronous buck controller (sbc) 3219A.

The datasheet says:

"EN 2 I Enable pin. Place a 1-kΩ resistor in series with this pin if the source voltage is higher than 5.5 V"

The ic 3219A near F7001 fuse, have 2.83v in the enable pin, it´s correct?

The output pin:

"SW 12 P Output of converted power. Connect this pin to the output inductor."

Have 0.34v

The other 3219A ic is near the 12v input from psu, in the solder side of it, and have 0v in enable pin (no. 2).

The controller and the mosfet for the 5V are the marked parts. If you remove the white wire at D and isolate the circuit and 5V are present on the mosfet side, I assume that the 5V generation is fine.

If so, place the coil back on its spot and remove the dcdc bug converter chip at A and see if this clean the 5V and 2V voltage drop at A and B.

Thx for answer stetofix!

If i desolder white cable, no 5v present in the coil.

This are some voltages in the ic 3219A, without the white cable soldered

So if the mosffet is N-ch, with 0v it would be active, but it is not...

UPDATE: the mosfet is activated with 5v in the gate pin

UPDATE:
5V recovered, reason: components around are bad soldered.

Next, didn´t have voltage in the ic beside hdmi encoder

Ok, now we have 5v, 1 second power on and shutdown error.

The UART says:

New measures

In the image, When i press power button, try to power on, "A" pin pass from 0v to 3V3 one second, and goes to 0v again.

Replace second 3219A, and the mosfet is actived with 9.97v in standby. In the coil, we have 8.72V in standby

Hi to all!

Somebody know the value of this ic? It´s 8 pins and It is below f7003

Thx to all!

UPDATE:
Looks like TPS62822DLCT step down

In the picture, have a low impedance, somebody knows the voltaje in that line? Maybe 3v3? To check if the under ic is damaged too (dialog da9065)

Hi, did you solve the problem? I also have 8005000 uart

unfortunately not.... Have general short in various ic...

I tested the phase 2 MOSFETs, but the 1.1V is practically not generated. I'm trying to understand what the problem is by going backwards through the Infineon ICs, but so far nothing. Can you give me some suggestions?
