Apparently, don't have a short.
Model is: Edm-020
If i lift the coil that manage the 5v line, and put power bench with 5v, didn't have a short.
Edit:
Focusing in the damaged area, we have according to the image added:
With power bench 12v:
A: 0.35v
B: 0v
C: 0v
D: 0.35v
With power bench 5v line, isolating the 5v line from the coil:
A: 5v
B:1.98v
C:0v
D:5v
I must say that the integrated circuit with the letters A, B, C, had a short at its output. I checked the HDMI encoder, and it had a short at its pins (I soldered it incorrectly). I removed the short, but when checking the integrated circuit, it had low impedance at its output, so I replaced it, and it no longer had low impedance. But the low 5v problem
