ps5 power off in 5 second after remplacet ic panasonic hdmi

H! i try to repare this ps5. buy the MN864739 on aliexpress. After installing it, the console turns off after approximately 5 seconds. I unsoldered the MN864739 in case it was defective and it continues to turn off. Somebody could help me? thank you!

I just want to point out the reasoning behind my questions.

First question: it'd be nice to know if you made an improvement or not.

Second question: It looks like blunt-forced damage which could have loosened or damaged other components that need checking.

The owner disassembled the console for cleaning and put a longer screw where it shouldn't, causing damage to the chip.
The console turned on correctly, staying in white light. After installing the new ic it turns off after 5 seconds

The PS5 won't turn on without the HDMI encoder. Is the replacement HDMI encoder good? Can you try a known good one from a donor? Did you test the caps around the IC for shorts, i.e. did the damage from the screw cause a short before and after installation? Do you have pictures with the new encoder installed? Make sure all the caps are there still there, if you lose / damage the cap near pin 1 then it will turn on and off (have experienced this).

That has nothing to do with pulling the hdmi cable, the guy put the wrong screw at the wrong place.

Thank you very much for your help, these are photos of the installation with the new IC, I had to replace the capacitor that I indicated in the first photo. Is the value 100NF 6.3V correct? Sorry to respond so late
