Can anyone tell me this resistor value EDM-020 PS5?

I am working on a EDM-020 PS5 and this resistor is missing. Can anyone tell me the value? TPS53219A buck controller power DDR6 1. 0R? 2. ? 3. ? 4. ?

Hi everyone. I hve this board here and the whole area in th APU is shorted. Just for confirmation, is this normal or is the APU fried? Literally everyone cap is shorted to ground
