Ps5 C00C00303 Uart code

Hi,
I have a ps5 with uart code C00C00303
1V vcore is missing the apu does not start when pushing the power button. All ram start 1.5v is present.
Can any one help me with this code thank's

C00C00303 refers to VRM Controller Access Error.If the APU is not powered, you need to check the XDPE chip and its related circuits.

Same issue, replaced infineon with a known good one, seperated phases and no shorted mosfets. maybe Apu gone?
