Hardware PS4 Slim rattling and freezing

Other system, other problems.
Since yesterday my PS4 Slim is rattling from the left backside corner. If I press any buttons on the controller, the PS4 just freezes for maybe 2 minutes.
Anybody can help? ._.

On the slim model, that is where the hdd is located. (if you are looking from the front of the console) It may be on it's way out

yes, already replaced the hdd it's working fine now
